About

Hi, I'm Kavya Dharmarajan.

Kavya

I'm the founder of Fit & Fab with Kavya, and my journey into fitness wasn't a straight path. I earned my Master's degree in Computer Science and built a successful career as a Senior Software Engineer in the United States. But deep down, I always had a passion for health, movement, and helping others become the best version of themselves.

After becoming a mother, I experienced firsthand how much a woman's body, confidence, and priorities can change. That chapter of my life inspired me to shift my focus from technology to transforming lives through fitness. Today, I am a certified Zumba instructor, self-taught fitness trainer, and women's wellness advocate dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits.

At Fit & Fab with Kavya, I believe fitness is not about chasing perfection or fitting into unrealistic standards. It's about becoming stronger, healthier, more energetic, and more confident in your own body. My mission is to create a supportive, welcoming community where women of all fitness levels feel empowered to move, grow, and thrive.

My sessions combine functional training, strength workouts, core restoration, Zumba, mobility, and mindset coaching to make fitness enjoyable, sustainable, and effective. Whether you're just beginning your journey, returning after pregnancy, or looking to rediscover your strength, I'll meet you where you are and help you progress with confidence.

For me, fitness is more than exercise — it's a lifestyle that transforms not only your body but also your mind, your confidence, and your everyday life. My vision is simple: to inspire every woman I meet to believe in herself, embrace movement, and become the strongest version of herself, inside and out.

Fit. Strong. Confident. Together, let's build a healthier and happier you.
